Rachel Mumford

Rachel Mumford, is the Director of Payroll & Benefits Accounting at Miami Dade College. She has over 20 years of experience in Payroll and over a decade of working in Benefits Accounting, Compliance and Plan Administration.

Rachel has been in leadership roles in both private and public sector. Her motto by John Quincy Adams: If your actions inspire others to dream more, learn more, do more, and become more, you are a leader.

Rachel earned her Bachelor’s from Kent State University and her MBA from the University of Florida.

Rachel strives to keep learning and growing both mentally and physically. Also, she believes in being intentional about her health through nutrition and an active lifestyle.
