Lynne Prescott is a respected Human Resources professional with twenty years of HR leadership experience. Her total rewards background includes executive and broad-based compensation, health and welfare benefits strategy and administration and the development of wellness programs.
Lynne has served in leadership roles of increasing accountability spanning international HR, compensation, benefits, and including change management, program and process improvement, recruiting, individual and leadership coaching, performance management, and organizational wellness. She has successfully contributed to the growth of companies and the development of talent across several industries, including retail, accounting/insurance/financial services, professional services, health care, manufacturing, transportation and logistics. Some of the organizations she has supported are WR Grace & Co., Office Depot, Ryder Systems, PetSmart, Owens Illinois, and Cancer Treatment Centers of America®.
Her experiences also include managing the transition and assimilation of individuals coming to live and work in the US, Europe and Asia. She has traveled extensively for work and pleasure throughout North America, South America, Europe, and Asia. Lynne has spent time living and working abroad, integrating organizations and employees post-merger and has volunteered to teach English to students in Europe.
Lynne has a passion for continuous learning and development for herself and the teams with which she has been engaged. She is a certified professional coach through the International Coach Federation and a Certified Change Management professional through Prosci.
